Shortly after the Velvet Revolution, we opened one of the first private restaurants on Charles Square. It was dedicated to honest Czech cuisine and was frequented by such guests as President Václav Havel and Tomáš Bat'a and his team.

With time, however, our passion for Italian gastronomy and culture grew. In 1997 we opened our first pizzeria Di Carlo - as a tribute to the place where we started. Its success brought us to Pankrác and in 2007 to Šeberovo, where we created a space that combines tradition with a modern approach.

Although we also briefly operated in Pitkovice and Lhotka, today we are fully focused on Di Carlo Šeberov - a restaurant where we lovingly serve you the best of Italy in an environment that reflects our dedication to detail, honesty and dining culture.
